Cancel your Clearful Pro subscription

Short answer

Cancel through the store or billing provider where you bought Clearful Pro. Deleting Clearful or deleting your Clearful account does not cancel a subscription.

Cancel from Clearful

  1. Open Settings > Subscription.
  2. Choose Manage Subscription.
  3. Clearful will open the service that manages your purchase. Follow its cancellation steps.

You can also manage an App Store subscription from your Apple Account or a Google Play subscription from Google Play’s Payments & subscriptions area.

After cancellation

After you stop renewal, Pro remains available through the end of the current paid period. During a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires to avoid renewal.

Contact Clearful Support with the platform where you purchased Pro and the billing email. Do not send payment-card details.
