How can I get a refund?


If you subscribed by mistake or if things just didn't work out with your Clearful Pro subscription, you could be eligible for a refund. We're truly sorry that things didn't work out! How to request a refund if you subscribed via the App Store (iPhone or iPad):

If you purchased your Pro subscription via the App Store, please contact Apple directly with your refund request. Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t allow us (or any developers) to process refunds for payments made via the App Store. But, they're usually quite quick to process refunds. Here's how to contact Apple:

  1. Cancel your Pro subscription if you haven't yet.
  2. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  4. Tap or click "I'd like to."
  5. Choose "Request a refund."
  6. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
  7. Choose the item or items that you bought, then choose Submit.
  8. You can then check the status of your refund request.

How to request a refund if you subscribed via the Google Play Store (Android):

  1. Cancel your Pro subscription if you haven't yet.
  2. Please email us at [email protected] to request a refund. Please include the email you used to sign up for your account or your Account ID, both of which can be found in Settings > Account Info.
